Ladies,
Oh, how I hate typing this. . . I received this email today. (I will type out the important details.) Everyone please keep these sisters in your thoughts and prayers. PM me if you want the address to the Chapter President to send a card, letter, etc.

...It is with great sadness that I make you aware of the death of Courtney Hughes, Omicron Vice President. Courtney died on Sunday night (October 20th); she was riding in a car with another sister. The weather was bad, the driver went through a stop sign/light, and another car hit the passenger side where Courtney was sitting. The other sister is physically okay....

I have been through a similar experience in losing a chapter sister, and it's effects last looong after the funeral service. Please stop and think about our special bond we have and send your love to the Omicron Chapter.

I heard about the accident at our chapter meeting last night. I'm sorry to hear that the VP died. But, our chapter is going to send a card to the chapter.

I haven't been online for a while and just saw this message. My heart goes out to all the sisters of Alpha Sigma Tau, I am truly sorry for your loss. The Omicron sisters and the family of Courtney Hughes especially are in my prayers.
