Hey Ladies!

Ok, ok, so I stole this from the Greek Life board. But I was wondering what are some of your favorite sayings about Phi Mu. They could be quotes, song lyrics, Rush Shirt sayings, anything.

I'll start!

A sister is one who will always be there to pick you up, and when she can't she will lie down beside you and listen. This one means a lot to me personally, because I literally had a sister lie down beside me once when I was in a really bad place in my life. Or this variation...A sister is the one who will pick you up when you are down but if you can't get up, she will be the one to lay down beside you till you can

Just Mu It. With the Nike swoosh beneath it. It was one of our ideas for a Rush shirt that I always wanted to have done, but the rest of the house didn't....

It's hard to be humble when you're king of the jungle. Probably my favorite Phi Mu saying ever!!!

My personal favorite comes from the chapter at Baker (Zeta Alpha?)

I saw a shirt at convention that had that on it, so I bought it for a friend (since it didn't actually have the Phi and Mu letters on it). I love that one too!

Hmmmm we have alot of saying...

"Phi Mu...PINK is PERFECT!" (i think we all use this one)

bid day 2000:" Phi Mu: Sisterhood...some want it..some wish it...we got it!"

bid day 2001: "Whoever said letters didnt matter never got to wear these"

bid day 2002: "Phi Mu...anything less is everything else"

bid day 2003: Phi Mu Fraternity Fall Collection 2003, our taste is simple...we like the best!!

intramural shirts: "whoever said the last man standing wins...never asked a girl to play...Phi Mu Athletics"

"we like competition we just dont see any...."

"Phi Mu...better than you since 1852" (not very nice but VERY powerful..on our campus its allabout C***KY slogans..

k those are my updates

granted some of them arent the nicest shirts...but here every sorority competes to see how much more "C***KY" they can make their shirts!

the one that says from the outside looking in......that one is on the back of our bid day shirts this year. i like that quote as well.

Bid Day 2003: "If you're gonna be a star, shine the brightest!" (my favorite bid day shirt yet... we had just changed our rush skit to "a chorus line," so the shirt went along great with our new theme!)
