It is Homecoming week at LSU! Last night, Sigma Alpha and Alpha Gamma Rho paired up to compete in the Lip Sync/Skit competition -- and THEY WON. Everyone is so excited. They worked very hard on this event and I am so proud of them. I wish them well for the rest of the Homecoming activities.
Hey Jenny! I'm so upset that I didn't go last night. I was busy studying for an exst test. I'm so excited we won!!!! Kristen, Stefanie, and all the girls worked so hard. They definitely deserve that big pat on the back!!!!!!! YAY us!!!
Everything is pretty good here in the Baton Rouge area. We pretty much dodged a bullet this time. It was just real gusty. No real rain where I'm at. Can't say the same for the people in the Lafayette/New Iberia area.
Things are well here. People here are asking "What happened to the big storm we were supposed to get?" (Not that we are complaining.) The wind has been blowing a little bit but not too bad. A few tree limps are down but other than that, everything is fine. Beth, thanks for asking!
Just to let everyone know...Zeta won 3rd place overall with AGR in our homecoming events!!!! We're all so excited. I believe this is the first time we've ever placed during homecoming!!!
