Augusta Alumnae Association Revitalization

I'm super stoked; the Augusta AA is having a revitalization meeting THIS SATURDAY!! I can't wait...it feels like DG's presence in my life has been fading for far too long. I do what I can; I read my Anchora, I pay my alumnae dues, and I try to keep in contact with sisters as best I can, but when it comes right down to it, I need regular meetings in my life!

(On an unrelated note, today I used the phrase "tent talk" to describe unfounded reputations of something completely unrelated to Greek Life...I must have DG on the brain!)

Good news! Remember...calls coupled with mailed invitations get the best response.
May you have a successful revitalization!

Our regional alumnae specialist is handling the invitation process, but I know she's been planning it and in touch with area alums for several MONTHS now, so hopefully it will prove to be a successful meeting. I'll keep y'all posted!

Okay, so we had our revitalization meeting Saturday, and I am proud to say I am now the VP: Finance for our alumnae association! I have a LOT to learn, but I'm really eager to step up to the plate and help get the group organized and running smoothly. The new president and I are planning to go to Auburn on February 27 for a collegiate officer, alumnae officer, and advisor training for SC, GA, and AL DGs. I can't wait!
