Support the 3-day Breast Cancer Walk!

In the chit chat area, there is a thread supporting an AOII group from Sigma Phi chapter for the Breast Cancer 3-day here in California. I just donated $50, I know that many of you are college students, this is a GREAT cause, even $10 will help our ladies of AOII reach their goal. I challenge you all to give up a latte for two days.

Hi Suzanne I just wanted to say thanks for donating! I Also thanks for posting it in here. I guess I was on this site once or twice cause I had my user name but I don't really use it much!

What chapter are you from? I'm just wondering if the LB is Long Beach or a different chapter.

Public Service Announcement: Remember to always check with your employer to see if they match your personal charitable donations. There may be certain qualifications to meet to get the matching funds, but if you can it's an easy way to make your own donation do so much more for the charity of your choice!

I am in fact an alum from Long Beach, who is an adviser helping with the redevelopment as well. I also sent this to all my AOII friends. And btw, the LB would have to be Long Beach, as our chapter designation is Lambda Beta

I'm sure they will be in touch when we do our redevelopment recruitment. I also know the women in the chapter who are mostly all new would definitely benefit from going to a formal recruitment since most of them have never done it before. I'm not the CA, so I will let the CA know that you said you'd help...I've got evidence now!
