2008 National Undergraduate Summit
The Annual National Undergraduate Summit will be held on Thursday,
January 24, 2008, Friday, January 25, 2008, Saturday, January 26, 2008,
respectively, at the Renaissance Concourse Hotel Atlanta. The brothers will also be attending church in Atlanta on the morning of January 27, 2007. The brotherhood is invited to attend, especially, all Undergraduate brothers.
The purpose of the meeting is to address and discuss issues concerning
undergraduate affairs as well as provide an opportunity for the National
Undergraduate Brotherhood to fellowship TOGETHER IN UNITY. This is in alignment with this years theme for the Summit: Undergraduate Preparation for Domination: Faith, Friends, and Fidelity.
The National Undergraduate Summit is a mandatory meeting for all Undergraduate Chapters and Chapter Advisors. CONSEQUENCES FOR ABSENCES WILL BE ENFORCED.
It is required, that two (2) representatives from every Undergraduate
Chapter be present for the duration of the National Undergraduate Summit. Al Undergraduate brothers, both Prophytes and Neophytes alike, are asked and highly encouraged to attend. Furthermore, each Undergraduate Chapter Advisor is required to register and attend. Those advisors who do not attend will be recommended for replacement. In the event that conflicts arise
with Undergraduates and/or Advisors, direct al requests to our 2nd Vice

Please be advised that roll cal will begin promptly at 8:30 am on
Thursday, January 24; Friday, January 25; and Saturday, January 26, 2007, respectively. The proper dress code will be strictly enforced: suit, suit coat, dress shirt, slacks, dress socks, and a tie. Brothers who own extra suits, etc. that can indeed be spared please bring them for those in need.

Advisors are expected to be in attendance.
Lodging accommodations should be arranged directly with the Renaissance
Concourse Hotel Atlanta. Please ensure that you make your hotel accommodations as soon as possible; the hotel reservation deadline is Tuesday, January 15, 2008. When making your hotel accommodations, please indicate that you will be attending the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., National Undergraduate Summit.
