I'm kind of where I was before. I 've lost a total of 7 pounds, which is great. I have 8 pounds left, and have been struggling to get back on track. I seem to lose 2-3 pounds, then level off, then go back to losing. I'm hoping to make the next two weeks "losing weeks", since I didn't work out at all last week.
So far this week I swam Sunday, did cardio Monday, yoga Tuesday and lifted today. Not too shabby, I just have to keep it up!!!
How about others?
