The Pat Summitt Plaza will serve as a permanent testament to the career of college basketball’s greatest coach. Welcoming visitors to campus at the intersection of Lake Loudon Boulevard and Phillip Fulmer Way, it will feature a bronze statue of Coach Summitt and celebrate the Lady Vols basketball program.

I must admit that I didn't like her when she was coaching...because she kept beating UGA!

This is an example of how she is loved by UT.

A high school friend was coached by her and is still a close friend.

I'm a die hard UConn Huskies fan, so my feelings on Pat were not always kind. But rivalry aside, she's an amazing coach a trailblazer in women's basketball. This is a beautiful way to honor and recognize he.
