Alpha Gam candlelight song

Hi - I was just trying to remember the lyrics to a song we used back in the late 60's for serenades. I Googled it and found an Alpha Gam (nittanyalum) was looking for it on this site. I haven't found the origin, but I have remembered most of the lyrics:

"For me, there's a man who is tall, dark, and handsome,
the finest of any I know.
He calls me each night, just to tell me he loves me,
And say that he misses me so.
And when we're apart, how I miss his caresses,
I hope that he guesses _____.
So I'll go on believing this love I'm receiving
Will last till the end of time."

I guess it's universal, at least in AGD, because I was in the Indiana U chapter (Beta Delta). Hi, all you Gams! Anyone remember that one phrase?
