Kansas State Colony housing
Sigma Pi Int'l has been in discussions for some time with another NIC fraternity on the KSU campus, and have come to a fundamental agreement on a 4-year lease of the building currently housing their chapter, which they no longer feel able to support. So, Sigma Pi has a house, a block from campus and a couple of blocks from Aggieville. It was one of the houses I rushed last spring, and while it needed some work at the time, I understand they've been doing a fair bit of remodeling. We finally got the go ahead to let recruits and members of the greek community know about it, so I figured letting some other Sigma Pi's know wouldn't be out of line.
Fraternally yours,
Siggy LXVI
