Big Change for Looney Tunes !

Elmer Fudd to no longer have rifle in new ‘Looney Tunes’ cartoons

Now I ask you, is there even ONE person here who honestly thought, "If I had a rifle, I could nab Bugs Bunny!"?

How about the video games? Are they not 250% more violent than a cartoon coyote with an anvil?

Your thoughts, please.

I'm not dying for Elmer Fudd to have guns.

He still has dynamite and a scythe (saw a clip on TV today). People DO hunt with rifles. That's probably the most realistic and expected use of guns...

I guess they did it so people would fawn over them and tell them how great they are.

So what about Elmer's great operatic role in the Barber of Seville, where he delcaims, "Kill de wabbit! Kill de wabbit!"
By strangulation, I guess.

How am I just seeing this? What a totally different spin on The Rabbit of Saville!

Our drama teacher was just talking today about how kids will never know classical music because they don't watch Looney Tunes!

I hope anvils and safes still fall out of the sky onto characters. That was my favorite part.
