Dual Campus Status?

Does Delta Zeta allow dual campus status? I think I'm wording that right. Anywho, the reason I ask is because some of the alumnae of my chapter (Iota Pi) are seeking to regain our charter. However, since the chapter closed in '07, the community college has broken off into its own seperate institution, even though it's still located on the WVU Tech campus. Would those community college students be allowed to join DZ under some sort of dual campus sort of deal? One of the alumnae mentioned this to me but I've never heard of it before and don't think it would be allowed.

Politely stepping out of my own lane to suggest that this is a question best answered by your Headquarters/(Inter)Nationals (whatever is the preferred title).

In Georgia, we have several community colleges who have campuses located on university grounds. (One would be East Georgia College on the grounds of Georgia Southern University.) The students take classes at the university but the university prohibits them from playing varsity athletics, living in a dorm, or going Greek (they can be in any other organization, such as marching band or sports clubs). Their rule may supersede anything that the individual organizations have.
