NPC Launches Another Website: MyCollegeLifestyle.com
The NPC, in its attempt to further educate the public about sorority life, and to encourage more college women to look into the benefits of joining, has launched another website:
MyCollegeLifestyle.com
It provides a look into the lives and sorority experiences of five women from across the country.
Auggggh, I only skimmed that article, but it freaking kills me when people says "California State University." There are so many CSUs! Hah ok, sorry to be such a Negative Nancy.
ETA: I looked on the page and figured out it was Chico. I can rest peacefully tonight now.

So its kinda like an NPC-sanctioned blog? Love it!
... Until Pam the PNM-to-be looks up Amanda Active on facebook/twitter/other social networking site and sees the "other side" of the game.
I take it these chosen women have to deactivate their affiliation on the internets while they blog? I could see Pam being all "I want to be an XYZ because Xena from blahdityblah website was so awesome! Wooooo!" throughout rush.
Maybe I'm thinking too much into it. But the concept is cool, I suppose.

From what I can tell, it seems like the women are on that site are pretty discreet about their organizations. I didn't exactly study them all, but I could only figure out one of them because she quoted their motto. They all say "in my sorority..." not "in Chi O" or whatever. I totally know what you mean, though.

I like this site. I have a cousin who--in my opinion--would love being in a sorority, but is utterly opposed to the idea. I think I will forward this to her...
