for what its worth

my rating
Centrists favor selective government intervention and emphasize what they commonly describe as "practical solutions" to current problems. They tend to keep an open mind on political issues. Many centrists feel that government serves as a check on excessive liberty.

I'm a left-liberal. However, I lot of the issues that I'm a little conservative on were not included.

Cool Fix the test.

I scored as a Centrist not because I'm a Centrist, but because the way the questions were presented. They were "closed" questions that did not afford the responder any leverage in answering the question. For instance, I believe the government should reduce the national debt, respect the integrity of the entitlement programs, balance spending with tax revenues, spread the wealth more evenly through taxation, force any multinational corporation to use AMERICAN human resources only, and stay out of the social aspect of our lives unless a majority of us invite government to decide certain issues. That sort of makes me a Leftist.
