I only know of:
South Carolina State
Arkansas State
Alabama State

What do you mean by state schools? Land Grant institutions? If thats what you mean, then Prarie View A&M counts as a State school that's a HBCU too.

I didn't know Arkansas State was HBCU. I would never EVER EVER go there (I hate mosquitos, flat places, and Jonesboro in general) but that's interesting to know.

Oklahoma has Langston University located in Langston, Oklahoma off of State HW 33.

I lived in Virginia for five years and had never heard of Virginia State University until very recently. I thought it was a made up school. I figured Virginia's a commonwealth so why would there be a public school with "Virginia State" in the name. But now it occurs to me that I never had the same thought about Norfolk State. I'm such a dork!
