Post If this isn't too personal...

While driving to work this morning, I heard "Secret Garden" by Barry White and El DeBarge. I blushed and started laughing because that was the song I lost my virginity to. I couldn't help but wonder how many other people had lost theirs to a memorable song. What was yours?

I don't remember the specific song playing, but I know I did A LOT of "experimenting" with my High School sweetheart to the tracks of R. Kelly. 12 Play was the big one, but others as well. Boy, that R. Kelly, the mood he used to create!!

LOL This is too funny. I vaguely remember Keith Washington's "Kissing You" playing in the background.

I've been dating the same guy for over 3 years now, and there has yet to be a "first time." But he is the first guy I've ever dated, so there are lots of firsts between us. One of the first times we were truly alone was in my dorm room, the second semester of my freshman year. And the background music for that evening was James Taylor's Greatest Hits. That CD sets such a wonderful mood

My first time was so special. Eric Clapton's "Wonderful Tonight" was playing. Every time I hear that song I smile and think about that night

The night I told my girlfriend I loved her for the first time I set the mood with our song--Montel Jordan, "It's on tonight"

LOL . . . I have to respond a little tongue-in-cheek . . .

But, if you only remember ONE special song on that night, track length 3-5 minutes, you might want to trade him in a longer lasting model . . .

I seem to remember a 5 disk carousel going around a few times . . .

Ok, since this topic is on sex I have a question for ya'll. When do you think is a reasonable time to take that step in a relationship? I know it is different for everybody, but I have friends who do it after a month (I think that is a lil soon, seeing as how you are still getting to know the person.)

A month doesn't seem long enough. I guess it depends on how well, and how long, you've known the person. If you've been friends with that person for a few years, I don't see why you'd have to wait (unless you just wanted to).

I've waited a while to post to this topic, but I honestly don't remember a specific song. I remember turning off the radio when "Hit Me Baby One More Time" came on.

How cheezy am I?

Karyn White's...Secret Rendevouz.

"Happiness is when I think of you and do we get together and rendevouz. I'll be on time. You bring tha wine. And when we lock the door you'll be all mine."

I think I am the only white man who owns that CD...and still listens to it.

Ya'll know ya'll laughin at me right now.

OK this just goes to show a little bit about the guy: it was that Cherry Poppin' Daddies song that goes "Who's your Daddy? Yes I am." Ugh. How very romantic of him. Ugh.
