Looking for a test market for a fundraiser in the NY Metro area

I'm looking to do a test run of a 'different kind' of bake sale fundraiser. If anyone here is interested in talking, please private message me. I'm especially interested if you are in NYC or in the immediate surrounding areas (Westchester/Fairfield/Rockland/Nassau/etc.)

Anticipated revenue is about $150 per participating greek member (maybe much more depending on how enthusiast your membership is). I'm willing to help subsidize the first few trial runs, so you're almost guaranteed to make money!
