Eta Chapter Centennial at Bama

For anyone who's interested, there's an online scrapbook for the recent Eta Chapter 100th anniversary bash at the University of Alabama:

http://www.adpiscrapbook.com

The hairdos in the pictures from the 1960s are simply astonishing.

OMG those pictures are great!!! The ones from the 80's totally cracked me up. Makes me think "what the hell were we thinking wearing those clothes!!!" LOL

I'll have to forward this on to one of the women I advise with - she's an Eta chapter alumna!

Omigosh - I have been looking at this, off and on all day, and ROTFL! I wish EVERY chapter would do something like this - I looked at a couple composites from around my era, and they were soooooo much like ours! I had completely forgotten about Diamond Dolly!! I recognize some of the photos from reading through old Adelpheans, too. I love the pictures of the all white or all azure blue formals for rush - they just look sooo elegant.

Good work, Eta Chapter!!

Congratulations, Eta!

Awesome website. I loved seeing the pictures of rush thru the years! I also loved the azure blue gowns with white gloves in the '70's!

The old chapter house was beautiful—I guess they had to tear it down because of stadium expansion.
