Gotta love the Pabst reference. I've said it before, and I'll say it again - if you can get a case of bottles for $12, then it's gotta be a great beer.
I am disappointed at the High Life rating though - deserves at least four stars.

Tom - don't know bout you buddy, but I get around
But anyway - enough joking aside. It's about time PBR has received the love it deserves. Years of fruitless pleas like "PBR me, ASAP" have resulted in a negative connotation behind the Pabst, when in fact it is a seminal member of the cheap-beer community. I expect it to be treated as such, in the future.
Don't fight the blue ribbon, kids - PBR for life

Shoot, they didn't even TOUCH cheap/bad beer. I'd like to do this test with Schafer, Blaaaatz, Genesee, Keystone and Milwaukee's Beast (I mean Best). I know the pic was national brands, but what more can you say about a beer that makes a whole dormitory floor exclaim in dismay on Saturday morning "Schafer Sh!ts!!"

Holy christ - Genesee . . . i didnt' think anyone else even knew what that shit is - that's the worst beer in the world. No doubt about it - I've had schafer (the 'red label'), had a lot of beast in my day, and I love 'stones . . . Genny Ice is by far the worst beer in the entire world - this will not be argued.
That said, I definitely downed a few of 'em last weekend . . . so it's still passable

It's funny, I had heard the legend of Genesee (aka Genny or Genny Light or even Genny Ice), but didn't really get to experience it till college. I forever heard it was the worst beer on earth, but didn't realize it until that first horrifying sip.
Now, that's not to say I haven't had a few in my time, but still..

I am very proud of my beer of choice, Miller Highlife, doing well in this survey. Why it didnt win is beyond me. Highlife has a new game going right now with its bottles. If you collect ten car parts that are etched under the cap, you can win a prize. Between me and my dad we outta have that car built by Sunday. And its dropped to 9.98 a case here so I'm pretty stoked about the upcoming weekend.

My hometown favorite, Olympia Beer didn't even make it! And it's should be on there too, the slogan of the company is "It's in the Water" and it really is.. tastes like it, but it's the cheapest thing around, so everyone buys it! For some reason I can't find it over here in Pullman, and I have to settle, but eventually it'll get around again.. I know it was big back in the day, and it will return!

life & both KSigs -
I actually do not mind Keystone or Genny (although they are dirt cheap). But Blatz...oh, my God. Skunky is its normal state. If you're ever unfortunate enough to see it somewhere, buy one just to taste it...and you'll see what I mean.

The Good Old Premium Beers in teh days of Yore:
Falstaff, PBR, Hamms, and Schlitz!
Damn, still trying to un chill, just dusted off 6 in. of snow in Drive Way.! BRRR as heck!
Only way to fly is Cal. Grape Juice!
