Hi, Milly
Lauren did a great job. Basically, I believe it was the last day of recruitment workshops. The collegiates invited the alumnae over for a brunch. Then, what they did was a pref run through. Each alumna was paired up with a collegiate and they ran through the whole pref ceremony. Because a lot of the collegiates didn't personally know the alumnae it was a very true to reality situation in that they had to make conversation with a stranger for about 40 minutes as well as practice the ceremony as a whole. Then, after the "pref party" we had brunch and a round table where the alumnae discussed how their "rusher" did and gave suggestions. The cool part was that we had alumnae from various collegiate chapters, so it was great to have input from ladies who had experienced different pref party traditions.
I hope this helps!
