Thanking God for the Life of Dr. Martin Luther King

Just would like all of the brothers to take a moment and seriously reflect on life.

Without such a great man, who laid down his life so that we can experience the simple freedoms that life has to offer, things would be rather difficult.

I pray that we take the torch that Dr. Martin Luther King has handed down to us, and eagerly strive for Phi Nu Pi.

I remember my grandmother telling me stories of them having to hide in ditches when, whites were approaching just to avoid being beaten, etc.

Think about how blessed you are, being that we didn't have to encounter such brutality.

Let's kontinue to help uplift one another, with an extended hand, instead of the opposite.
