I couldn't find anything on their website, but that doesn't mean it's not there! Maybe someone from that area will chime in....

I never heard of any greeks at SUNY Purchase. There is a very strong fine arts and theatre program. Good luck at Purchase!

Hey 33girl, where in the website did you get that quote? I have been looking furiously for it. Also, there are GLO's out there that are very diverse. So are athletic teams! Speaking of athletics, it turns out that Purchase does have them. Go figure!

That's where the NY Knicks practice. They did have an awesome ultimate frisbee team.

CatStar,
I think it was at the beginning of the page where they list the different orgs...it wasn't the most navigable website.

I swear I remember someone who was in high school posting maybe a year or so ago about how she planned to attend SUNY at Purchase, but was disappointed that there was no Greek life there. I'll see if I can find the thread.
edit: Okay I found it -- SUNY Greeks

I found that extremely ironic that they have a PE program that they advertise, as well as athletic teams, but Greeks are apparently beneath them.
Maybe I'm taking it the wrong way, but that's how it sounded to me.
