What does your fraternity (or sorority) represent? Will these prospects represent that in a positive way?
For example, my fraternity is a service related arts fraternity, so our members have to express more than just an interest in any art form (whether it's art, music, etc.) as well as being dedicated to fostering the growth of the arts.
Some GLO's have less defined terms, but they are still important, and the members(new & old) should live up to them.
It's also important to consider how the prospects interact with you. Sometimes it is obvious how well they get along with others, but not always. They have to want to embrace your ideals.
