Indiana University recruitment

Indiana's bid night was yesterday (1/11/04) and I think Purdue's was as well.

Anyone know how things went?

First of all, it's Indiana University.

I'd like to know how IU's recruitment went as well. I looked at the IDS (student newspaper) online today and didn't see a story about it...maybe there will be one in the next couple days. There are a couple people from IU who post here but not nearly enough!

Can you do it by editing your post? That, or delete the first post, and the thread will be deleted. Then, start a new one.

Well ... I tried editing the post and that didn't help. Then I tried to delete it and wouldn't let me do that (said that I was accessing something I didn't have permission to access)

Oh well...

Then ask Carnation or GeekyPenquin to change the title. They can do it as mods for this forum. I tried, but don't have the access.

Good luck!

I'm not sure how the rest of IU did, but it sounds like AOII had another fantastic rush! My little sis who is a junior at IU said we got 37 girls plus 8 legacies! That is just awesome! 45 is right around the typical number of girls that we would take. Since the last pledge class graduated in May, it was the largest class from the colony class, so we had to get lot's of girls to replace those who left...one being me! I will talk to her again and see what else AOII is up to and if she heard anything about the other houses.

I believe quota at Purdue ended up being 30 or 31--I can't remember exactly which. A little birdie *did* tell me that Alpha Gam's chapter there matched quota plus. I'm still waiting to hear from the little birdie what quota was at IU. I'll post as soon as I hear.

Phi Mu at IU and Purdue

Wondering how the Delta Alpha Chapter of Phi Mu at Indiana University - Bloomington and the Delta Epsilon Chapter of Phi Mu at Purdue University did during membership selection?

OK, here's an update. Quota was 31 at Purdue this year. As for IU, quota was 43. Alpha Gam took quota plus with 46, and I believe I read that AOII took quota plus also. I haven't heard about anyone else, unfortunately.

Congratulations to all NPC Purdue and Indiana chapters on a successful recruitment!

There was a little story in the IDS today about recruitment. Doesn't give any numbers though.

Anyone there seen the bid lists? PM me if you may be able to find out where certain girls went.
