Pike at Columbus State?

Does anybody know anything about Pike colonizing at Columbus State or if they are actually colonizing? I have a friend who is a student at CSU and he received an email this week which simply had an email address to reply if interested. He did, but hasnt heard anything back yet. I found their website at http://csupike.com/ but there is not a whole lot of info on it....
