Not even going into the fact that having a VP of Membership that's never been through rush on the sister side is not always the best idea...if you're not doing Formal Recruitment, do you even NEED a work week?? I mean, it could be a good sisterhood experience, but other than maybe doing some work on a COB plan, it may not be necessary.
