A UGA senior and member of KD—Liza Burke—suffered a rare brain hemorrhage while on spring break in Mexico this week. So far not many details are available. Apparently it did not involve a blow to the head or a fall.
Latest news is that Ms. Burke is OFF life support and improving! Her mom said that the bleeding condition could have been caused by a growth on her brain stem. But the exact cause is still unknown.
