Can I join a fraternity if I'm at Community college?

I'm planning on moving to Austin Texas, to attend University of Texas in about 2 years. Planning on going to a nearby community college till then. I was wondering if I could join a frat while I'm in community college?

If you can find one which will give you a bid, yes. I understand not all fraternities require members to be enrolled at their sponsoring college. I would imagine most do though.
