I am a Tri Sigma at Southeast Missouri State (home of your Delta Phi Zeta, I believe).
Anyhoo, I have a fun tidbit of 'history' about your current house (good luck on the remodel!) before it was yours-that is, when the PiPhi's lived there! My father is one of your brothers (from KState), and he lived in the house with the PiPhis as their houseboy! (I know this is probably not done anymore, but back in the 50's a guy lived with the sorority to help with chores, etc.) I think what you are planning to make into a laundry room in the basement (?) was his old room. So that building housed Lambda Chi brothers before it was the official Chapter House.
