Right Wing Eye (by Planned Parenthood)

It's a little lame, but I appreciate what they're trying to do with this Flash movie:

Kinda funny... I get what their trying to do. (and agree with it)...

but i often wonder if planned parenthood makes its clinics somewhat unapproachable by lobbying so much.

just a comment.

Making the 5 most right wing people like the queer eye guys is brilliant. Thats what makes the video funny.

I thought it was pretty funny! I really didn't know about that quote regarding feminism, though. WOW!

Although a couple of those guys are pretty nuts (Falwell) in my opinion, those quotes for the most part are no doubt taken out of context as often they are in such cartoonistic portrayals (see lefty portrayals of GWB).

Of course they're taken out of context. And of course we're dealing with the most extremist arguments here because if they weren't so extremist they wouldn't be so easy to attack.

This cartoon does not seek a common solution, it seeks one group's solution.

I loooooved Rush's scarf.

I'll also be doing an internship with Planned Parenthood this summer, so I'm not going to say more on the issue.

I've never been intimidated by the employees of PP when I've gone in there to pick up condoms/birth control. It's the protestors outside who try to convince me that I'm the Handmaiden of Satan that freak me out.

i agree. everytime that i've gone into the one down the street from me they are so sweet. the people outside can just go though. even if i'm just walking past, since it's on my street, they feel the need to yell at me. one of my friends is a volunteer escort now b/c those people pissed her off so much.

lol you are definately right about this- i always felt confortable there- more so then with my reg gyno- i feel very intimidated... but the ladies at the planned parenthood at my school make me feel very welcome- the answer all my questions- and engage me in conversation as well.... if i could- i'd go to them even when i got sick as opposed to going to a doctor that barelly knows my name.... its the pro life freaks that present these clinics as terrible places to go.... but whatever.... what do i know- i'm only a woman right...?

Planned Parenthood is a Nazi organization...

Margaret Sanger - Founder of Planned Parenthood ". . .we prefer the policy of immediate sterilizarion, of making sure that parenthood is ' absolutely prohibed ' to the feeble-minded."

Does that sound like choice to you???? Hmmm....
