I'm not a spoiled sport but I don't see anything funny about it. If the chapter got kicked off campus, that's hardly funny.

If they did what was reported: Diener said the last straw came when the national office discovered the chapter's recreational boxing tournament in which members recruited local homeless persons, "liquored" them up, gave them large boxing gloves and "let them go to town." ; then that's pathetic and cruel, if not sick. If it was all a lie, as the chapter president claims (after he recanted) then he lied to Nationals and to the university, which leaves much to be desired as well.

Actually, the story is very confusing, but not matter how you read it, it speaks poorly of the chapter and for the Greek system.

Stories like this are sometimes laughable in fiction, but when you think that people might actually do this (or even think its funny) then it makes you wonder about what makes some people tick...

I had to reread that part because it seemed so cruel. How could people behave that way?

If any of these allegations are true, it's a sad commentary on that chapter.

What's sadder, is anyone who thinks there is anything funny about it.

Grow up.
