Angry unsisterly-like conduct

Hello! i would like some advice on a sister we have. yes, in judicial board she threw a tantrum. it first started when she got into a fight w/ a sister in public. brought to j-board... then she still isn't over that!!

Next thing .. we had elections, she was the only one running for the position & she EAVESDROPPED from the hall hearing everything... all the pros & cons about her from the room. (of course she is also mad because she didn't get the position either) its like no one can trust her now... what is j-board suppose to do with this situation? she is on step 1, really should be step 2.. she threatens to dissafiliate!!! she obviously doesnt care about Phi Sig! what can we do? any national or other suggestions to help??

thanks!!!

if she's threatening to disaffiliate then let her go.

If she isn't even trying to get along with other sisters then she's dragging the chapter down.

put her on step 2 and make a plan for her that includes working with other sisters on something. If she can't follow through then that's up to step 3 - disaffiliation.

I know it's hard to do since I'm sure she was a great (or at least good) sister at one point, but everyone needs to understand that we are dedicated and loyal to each other and if a sister can't live up to our ideals, then she isn't really a sister.

FYI - This is for future reference. Please do not use Cons when speaking about sisters or potential sisters. You should never speak badly about someone. I know this is hard, but please reinforce this within your chapters. If you have more than one person running for a position, then you should state "So and so is most qualified for this position because". I might seem silly to some people, but would you really want your sisters talking badly about you behind your back! Please try to use "Positive Points Of Information"

I really hope that things work out the best for you! It is not an easy situation. I wish you all the best with this situation.
