GreekRush App problem

I previously had an account that I set up a month ago, but I deleted it because I registered to rush for the wrong semester. I'm trying to set up a new account on Greekrush, but everytime I try to pay the $30, it says they are unable to process my payment at this time. I've deleted and restarted my account several time, my card information is correct, and I've tried to contact Greekrush but their customer service is terrible.
