Good News and Bad News

Well, I got into my first choice law school, but for Fall 2005.

I have a whole year with no back up plan and most likely will have to move to the middle of no where, since my fiance transferred to the same school (for undergrad). The job market stinks.

Don't feel too bad for me though. Daddy is going to pay my expenses.

Congrats on getting in! Better late than never. In this economy, more people are going to grad school than usual, so to get in is a big accomplishment. What city is it? You could always temp or get a dumb easy job to pass the next year. I have a dumb easy job and it's very fun.

Spend the year volunteering your brains out for Alpha Phi! I'm sure we could come up with a few things for you to do.

I will be going to Campbell.... I am still on the waitlist at Mercer, but I think Campbell is the place for me.

There is a possibility that I could be admitted for this year, but most likely not because more people accepted than usual.

Are there volunteer positions you can do when your far away from a chapter or an alumni group? I will be living in Dunn, which is an hour and a half from Wilmington and an hour from Duke (closest Chapters)

Congrats on your acceptance! When I was attending ECU, I met some awesome Campbell folx! A friend of mine (a ZTA at UNC) went to Law school there
