Any updates on this chapter and their new house? Did they move in? What is the house capacity? How many members does SN have and how were fall 2008 recruitment numbers?

It is under construction now. Set to complete very soon - Fall/Winter 2008

This pic is from sept. 2008


Judging by the blueprints it houses about 15-20 max. It is about a 20-30 man chapter.

the house looks sooo nice, but it's in a bit of a bad location, and the only frat out there on fraternity circle (weird, i know)

I recently saw pics from the walk-through that some of our alumnae went on. The house is beautiful.
