An NBC station reports on charges and arrests (drugs, alcohol, etc.). The investigation of the death of a pledge at a U of Delaware fraternity (Sigma Alpha Mu) has produced these charges, although the charges do not directly deal with the young man's death. See:

Excerpts from much longer article:
Six University of Delaware students were charged after a fellow student died at a fraternity party back in November 2008.
Brett Griffin, an 18-year-old freshman, died at the Sigma Alpha Mu house in Newark, Del. Alcohol poisoning was looked at as the cause of death after paramedics found him in cardiac arrest at the off-campus house.
All six students arrested were pledges or members of the fraternity, according to police.
The charges come after police searched the fraternity house while investigating Griffin’s death. The charges do not imply direct culpability in Griffin’s death, police said. . . .
