Food-Quality or quantity?

Would you rather have a smaller meal that tastes very good?

Or

A meal of mediocre taste/quality that makes you very full?

I'm somewhat alone in my preference, in real life. I wonder how people's preferences are like outside of my family and circle of friends.

I want a smaller meal that tastes good.

Studies show that European women stay thinner because they eat small portions of rich foods, instead of a bunch of bland junk like Americans do. And, rich food does make you feel satisfied, if not full.

It depends. Is it Thanksgiving at my MIL's? If so, the food will taste terrible but I'll stuff my face anyway (just kidding...kind of).

Ordinarily, however, I eat smaller meals. I loooove cooking tasty food, so usually I'll have a little bit of something delicious.

I'll take the big meal. If I'm not full I'll be cranky.

Smaller portions of good food.

One of my pet peeves is when I'm out of town, have a great dinner, but can only eat part of it. If I don't have a mini-fridge in my room, I get cranky - I hate waste!

Smaller portions of good food, being full is uncomfortable. I'd rather be satisfied.

Yes, Yes, and Yes!

I love left overs only when I make them and can keep them!

Mucho easier that way!
