I know what you mean but no I don't know of a site for it BUT if you had the time to start looking from scratch, start at greek life sites which may have panhel links as well....i think larger schools have the kind of info you're looking for out on a public site

I think I recall Barbara (penguintrax) giving a link to a university that had open records. I was looking for the information on LSU, but never found it. Maybe it's a policy that changes from school to school.

I know that the Penn State Greeks website offers statistics for their campus. I don't know about a nationwide sort of thing.
