Ohhhhhh, I knew I'd see something about this atrocity they called the Orange Bowl today. *sigh*
It was painful, but I have to say that 100 yard touchdown run to start the game was pretty darn cool. I wish it could've ended right then.
Poor Banks. He's sure a cutie.

It was cool, even tho it was Iowa--love that he is from Florida and got to do that in front of friends and family, what a great moment that was for him.

The game was good in the first hald the second half was a blow out. Now I really wish Georgia would have played USC. Oh well, great job USC!

Iowa reminded me of K-St in the regular season, and it showed in the bowl game. At least Ohio St won the biggest of them all for the big ten.

I don't know about Iowa beating Ohio St.,but....
This is one of the first times in a while when a Heisman winner came up big in a bowl game. Palmer had a sick game and played like he's the best player in the country - traditionally (not every year, but many), the Heisman winner doesn't have a good bowl week.

Don't know about that. You could say USC and Miami are about equal in ability. Ohio st all year had "it". Can't put a finger on it, but that "it" had them win all of their big games and get out of bad situations.
