I am the sort of person who is very passionate with various issues and is very dedicated to what I involve myself with if it has purpose. Is there any way that anyone can tell meof how I can look for effeciantly an organization that is right for me even though I am a first semester sophmore? I am female looking for the right sisterhood.

No one can tell you what organization is right for you. You should first do a little research on the organizations on your campus to find out a little more about them and their values, and then you should go through rush. Hopefully you find on organization that fits you.
Lady Pi Phi's right. Remember though, a GLO is a huge time and money committment. It's not something that's for everyone. I'm not saying it's not for you but you really need to consider this before joining up.
