What is the Theta-Theta chapter

I was in California over the summer and I ran into a guy who was a TEKE from the theta-theta chapter he said it was California state university but which one is it

good question...the TEKE Guide just says Cal State University, TKE.org just says Cal State University...it also says the chapter it no longer active.

I used to be a member of TKE's theta-theta chapter. Circa 1968-1972.
Theta-theta was at Cal State Los Angeles: CSULA.
I'm sure the chapter was abandoned, but not sure of the details
