It's been a while since I posted, but I wanted to bring some great news from the Texas Tech chapter of Alpha Phi.
The Gamma Iota chapter of Alpha Phi celebrates two victories in fraternity-sponsored philanthropy events. (We've won all fraternity-sponsored events we've entered this year!)
Two weeks ago, Alpha Phi took first place in PIKE's Sorority Dodgeball Tournament. This past weekend -- with tough competition from the other 10 sororities -- Alpha Phi triumphed in Farm House's annual Smart Girls Competition.
Farm House is one of the larger fraternities on campus, and its Smart Girls Competition is a big deal. Representatives from all 11 sororities at Texas Tech compete in a trivia contest for charity. It raises a lot of money and, of course, it is a lot of fun.
Hooray for Gamma Iota!
