Yo, I'm from Oklahoma!
Yo,
My parents have a place down on Grand Lake, Oklahoma so I'm from Oklahoma as well. I go to Pittsburg State University, but I will be transferring to OUHSC next fall (if I get in) for PT school.

I'm an Oklahoman! I was born and raised here in Norman, Oklahoma, and I'm Sooner born and Sooner bred! (I'm a fourth generation Sooner!)
My mom is finishing up her Masters' up at UCO, in Edmond though...

You are not an Okie, you are an Oklahoman, to be an Okie, you have to move from Oklahoma to California. And the term Okie is derogatory. It's an insult. Don't ever call yourself one, and don't ever call me one.

WOW
Sorry, it is just an expression. I also never called you one. No blood no foul. Sorry if I insulted you. Hope your day gets better!
