In need of a crafty Dee Gee!

Okay, I need HELP!!

I want to make my lil a pin box! So I found this really cute wooden box I want to use. And I want to line the inside with velvet like in most pin boxes. So I have the box and the velvet, but I'm not sure how to go about lining the box!

Any suggestions?

Hm - I would use a glue gun and glue the inside of it down, then for the edges get some silver push pins to hold it down (or use the glue gun).

I swear my glue gun is my best friend. If you don't have one you can get them for like $3 at wal mart. I just have the smaller glue gun with nothing fancy about it, and it does a great job.

tacky fabric glue is also good. Velvet is thick enough that you could glue it in, and trim it at the top to be flush and not have the edges be ragged.
