Local sorority looking to get back on campus

My sorority lost its phi sigma sigma charter over ten years ago and has been operating locally ever since. Although my sorority has made numerous attempts to get back on campus, the Greek adviser at my university has shut us down each time. She has made it so difficult for off-campus universities that she has even started paying freshmen to pledge off campus to see if anyone is hazing. She also has told us that we cannot just be recognized by the university with the members we have and that we would all have to join an already established on-campus greek organization, can anyone offer any help?? thanks!

Have you contacted Phi Sigma Sigma? Are they willing to come back to campus? Have you assured them (and your Greek advisor) that you will operate under NPC rules? Have you been running an underground PSS chapter (not good) or have you truly transitioned into a new local entity with different ritual?

If the paying women to pledge part is true, those women need to report her to the student life director or whoever her boss would be. Is this FSU?
