New eBay auction

Sarah (or anyone else who may know)

I'm curious, would something like this be worthwhile for the International Archives, or more of a 'rescue them and get them out of the eBay loop' item?

AOII stuff on eBay

Hi Christin,

I'm Natalie from the Rho Delta chapter at Samford University. I found a mother's pin on sale on eBay for $10. It costs $62 in the emporium. Just thought I'd put that out there!

Just a suggestion

I've already PM'd Natalie, but just so everyone else knows:

Apparently, some of the "collectors" hang out on boards like these. I guess they're hoping for an alert to something out on eBay that they'd like to "collect" or something. Thanks bunches to those non-AOII GC'ers who have alerted me to this nasty reality

I keep a really close eye on eBay cause I'm just a nerd and am lucky enough to have a very friendly member of another GLO who alerts me when she finds any of our pins out there.

If anyone else wants to know when our stuff comes up on eBay just send me a PM and I'll keep you posted, rather than posting direct links to our treasured jewelry so the "collectors" can find it so easily. Make sense?

Roses,
Christin
