Is Delta Gamma "competing" with other presenters of other NPCs, or has it been decided already that Delta Gamma gets to for sure, for sure, colonize at NMSU?

From the quote above, it sounds like DG is "presenting" but nothing is etched in stone yet??

Actually we are just going BACK to the state of New Mexico. We did have a chapter at NMS or UNM til the mid 60's.
I am so glad we are going back in the state!
