The "official" announcement will probably be out in the next Signet, but we're back.
A lot of it had to do with some of our national guys attending the NIC Summit a few weeks ago and seeing them actually doing useful things, i.e. lobbying for tax exemptions for house renovations.
That's good, I was very unhappy with the decision to pull out of the NIC, and the fact that it wasn't shared with alumni, members, etc. before it was done.
