Okay is it just me or do ya think they need to make an Average Jane? I mean come on theres gals out there that are just average looking to some people. Stop letting all you boys get the attention and put on a drop dead hottie who has to pick from Average Janes!
Yeah, but the premise of Average Joe is that women are notorious for saying that personality counts for more than looks...so they wanted to test that. How many guys would say the same? I bet if you put a hot guy in that situation, he would walk out as soon as he saw the average Janes-contract be damned. On the other hand-if they were actually average Janes, instead of the heinous trolls, which ABC keeps trying to pass off as average Joes, there might be a chance.
I think that it was be the perfect way to show that guys are just as interested in look as girls....if not more. If they put a hot guy out there with average girls...he wouldn't even think twice. I could actually see a girl picking an average guy because he's fun/cool...the only problem is that most of these guys are not average. They are complete geeks/weirdos. The show would not make the beautiful girl look so bad if they actually had average guys, not terrible guys.
The name of the show should be called "Geeks and Freaks"
