Well, I don't know if your question is for everyone or not but we have a song down here in the dirty south called Mr. Big by 8 ball and MJG. My Slow jam is Keith Sweat's How Deep is Your Love.

Don't mean to change the subject but, Doug E Fresh is going to be at the CIAA Tournament Party in Raleigh... just something I had to throw in there!

I'm gonna take it way back. I think the group is Atlantic Starr and the song is No parking baby, no parking on the dance floor. This was back in the '80's.
Stephanie Mills You're putting a rush on me.
And I waaassss a pre-teen at this time.
I almost forgot Planet Rock and Play At Your Own RIsk. Remeber P-L-A-Y, if you play with me. It's at your own risk, that I set you free. These were club songs.

Hey CJUS, I remember "No Parking on the Dance Floor", but it wasn't Atlantic Starr, it was Midnight Star.

Atlantic Starr - "Always" I LOVE that song!
De La Soul - "Me, Myself and I"
and Tribe Called Quest "Bonita Applebaum"
well my list could get long as hell so I'mma let it go at that.
Note: I was about 7 or 8 when those came out, I remember my cousin teaching me how to do the wop to Me, Myself and I. Did anyone ever play "candy girl"? It was a hand clapping game, like Numbers and Rocking Robin. That was soooo fun

Skywalker20_99, I knew it was on of those Starrs.
I just remebered another one that I just heard on the radio and I heard it on the movie Belly when it first came on, I think. Do you remember "Back to Life by Soul II Soul. Now that's my jam. Back to life...Back to reality...Back to the here and now oh yeah... Da, da, da,da... ( As you can see I don't remember the rest of the words.
And "Don't Stop the Love" by Keith Sweat.
